What should we do when we feel low?
We tend to believe that, once we begin to walk a spiritual path, we will progressively keep getting more and more enlightened, and become happier and more serene people. But the universe doesn’t always agree with that plan. A thousand things can happen in a day, and sometimes it throws us off the path. We get scared or angry, maybe even revert to previous thinking and behaviour patterns.
Is that wrong? Is something the matter? And, what can I do about it?
