Mindfulness is the Key

In this Satsang, Pujya Sadhviji Explains so beautifully, that Meditation is an extraordinary practice and like any skill, we have to keep doing it. This practice of awareness, practice of mindfulness Practice of being conscious is a practice and it’s a practice only because we have spent Decades of Our Lives learning to be unconscious. We all say we don’t want to be slaves. We want to be free, but we literally carry around our master(Mobile phones, tablets, devices, etc), in spite of having a choice of leaving it at home;Voluntarily. Every ring, every beep, every bleep, etc We Jump & get distracted immediately. But if our focus is to stay conscious we have to at least be aware of the ways where we consciously become unconscious. & being mindul & practicing Meditation is the Key to Achieving That.
