In cases of domestic abuses there are a myriad of so many different streams of emotions like anger, shame, blame, pain, regret and guilt. In trying to heal this trauma it’s important to recognize that first of all, we cannot go backward. We cannot rewind or undo history and that time only moves only forward.
Sadhviji loving shares that the only way to regain freedom from this trauma is to be able to find forgiveness and peace in this now moment. We do this not to validate the abuser, but out of compassion for ourselves. so that we to move away from the moment hurt and move on.
